There were never any surprises because Danny would call us and go over the next steps before they happened. And thanks Danny, for watching the market so closely for us and getting our rate locked in just in time and getting our loan closed before the lock expired. Awesome!

We were on a tight schedule for a VA loan and Danny and his team were able to make everything work on time with no issues. I've never had a VA loan close so fast. I would highly recommend Danny to any veteran looking to use their VA benefits to buy a home!

Danny Palmer was awesome from the get-go. I was looking at two other lenders and Danny was the third one I called. Within minutes I knew that Danny was the lender for me. Danny was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. Danny got me the rate I was looking for and he got me approved within 20 days. This is the fourth lender I used for buying my houses, and I will make Danny my family's first choice for lending services .
