I don't think I would have changed anything. He was under a very rigid timeline and he came thru with flying colors. Danny called me on the weekend to answer queries. He was always available. He is a very honest man and never tried to say things just to earn my business. Yes, there were financial institutions that offered a marginally better rate but this kind of personalized service is totally worth the very small higher interest rate. All deadlines were met way in advance and I was able to close in less than 30 days. Highly recommended!!
